ACCESS TV Mid Island Launches first program ACCESS TV Mid-Island has launched (un-officially) with the broadcast of the Shout Out for Global Justice on Cable 4 in Duncan, Nanaimo, Parksville and Port Alberni on August 21st and 22nd.
