Campaign to Build 'One Big Campaign'

 Just wanted to share the link to this new project initiatetd by veteran journalist, human rights activist and campaigner Nick Fillmore and friends. 
We are deeply concerned by the direction that Canada is moving and are working together to urge groups from the progressive movement, progressive unions, NGOs, First Nations, community groups and others to come forward to form 'One Big Campaign' to take on the Harper Conservatives and their allies. 
An extraordinary effort is needed by civil society to protect Canadian programs that are being destroyed. We must strengthen long-standing progressive values of fairness, equality and a sustainable economy. Building one large joint progressive campaign including hundreds of organizations improves the odds in challenging Harper today while building toward the next election.
