Day for the Bay: No Crude Oil Day of Action

 On October 17, No Tanks will have events for boats, bicyclers, walkers, and we’ll all converge on the beach for a day of fun as we deliver a serious civic statement to our governments and the oil companies: No Tanks! We do not want to be an oil port for tar-sands crude oil.
 
 
Morning: tour of the 2nd Narrows and Kinder Morgan oil terminal for media and others
Noon: Rally at Second Beach, music and speakers; boats will anchor off the beach
3:50 At high tide, boats will converge at First Narrows, Lions Gate
 
Save B.C. Waters
 
No crude oil tankers on the B.C. coast.
