Fish Lake Mine Goes to Court

Fish Lake was back in the news, as the Tsilhqot’in National Government has won an injunction to prohibit Taseko Mines Ltd. from performing exploration work on their traditional lands. At the same time, Taseko was denied an injunction to have protesters banned from blocking a road leading to the planned mine site.
